A great family run restaurant and is my favorite Chinese carryout place. With orders over $10 you get free Crab Rangoon so keep that in mind when you order. You can dine in but there is not many tables.

Pretty good. I had general tso's chicken and crab Rangoon. The general tso's was good and the crab Rangoon was good. The sweet and sour sauce was pretty good too.

I'm in love with this place and their food. Far better than MOST of the joints we find ourselves "settling" with. I just wish that they delivered. My coworkers alone would line their pockets with our hard earned cash without any hesitation!

Excellent take out Chinese food. These folks know what they're doing! One thing I really like is that if you order more than $10 worth of food, you get free crab rangoon, which is delicious! Highly recommend for anyone wanting fast affordable Chinese food!

Don't order by phone, they will most likely get the order wrong and blame you for the miscommunication. I only get one thing here and I've been here at least 15 times. Food is great, not too sure about the customer service.

This is a decent Chinese takeout place for the Peoria area. My husband wanted to go here because they have a larger selection of vegetarian meals than the other Chinese places in the area. I had the chicken fried rice, which was OK but a little dry and bland. The egg roll was good. My husband had the home style tofu and he really enjoyed his meal. I was disappointed in the duck sauce. It appears to be homemade but it tastes different than I'm used to. I prefer the duck sauce that comes in the packets, they have them if you ask. I went back again and have the chicken with broccoli, which was good. As others have mentioned, you get a free order of crab rangoon if you spend over $10.

Best Chinese food in East Peoria that we've found. We got the Kung Pao Chicken and Pork Fried Rice. All food seemed fresh and was exactly what we were looking for in chinese food. They gave us a free order of Crab Rangoon with our order.

This is our second favorite chinese place, just based on the free crab rangoon you get after spending 10 dollars. The service is fast, they give you a lot of food, but the food seems a little overcooked, or old. Overall, its pretty decent for the chinese restaurants in Peoria. Pros: free crab rangoon after 10 dollars, a lot of food, decent prices, fast service. cons: all the way in east peoria, food greasy and tastes like it has been sitting out for a while.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
